Do you offer frames with prints?

At the moment, we do not offer framed services unless specially requested – please drop us an e-mail at contact@beyondvisuals.hk if you desire an accompanying frame for your print!

I have followed you guys for a long time and I love a specific photo which I can’t find in the print shop! Do you take special requests?

We love your support and yes we take special orders. Please drop us an e-mail at contact@beyondvisuals.hk and let us know which photo you desire a print of, and in what size.

What does it mean when you say your prints are Limited Edition?

Each Beyond Visuals print will be part of a limited run of prints - once these have been sold, the photo will be taken down and never sold again. Each print is given a number from the particular run so that you know how many have been printed.

How do I know my piece is authentic?

Every print  comes with an exclusive Beyond Visuals certificate, including the signature of the Artist, the Edition Number, the Title of the piece and our stamp.

What is your returns policy?

Beyond Visuals does not accept returns, as all our art pieces are numbered limited editions. Prints damaged in transit may be exchanged on a case by case basis. Please contact us through our contact form if you receive a damaged print.

I don’t see the size I want! - Do you do custom sizes?

Absolutely – we can customize and tailor make our prints to suit all your needs. Drop us an e-mail at contact@beyondvisuals.hk with the size you desire for a quote!

Can I get the high resolution digital file to print them myself?

Please drop us an e-mail at contact@beyondvisuals.hk to discuss digital licensing agreements.
